    • 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

    • 1/3 cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened almond milk)
    • 1/2 tsp sea salt
    • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
    • 3oz crumbled feta or goat cheese
